New crop! This Hala Tree Farm lot comes from their terraced, 6 acres overlooking Kealakekua Bay in the Kona Belt. We think this bean does well at medium to in-between roast territory. You will want to get the island-sweet notes. Cocoa-nutty with subtle floral accents as the cup cools. Volcanic loam soil does something magical to plants. Never treated with pesticides. Hand-picked with love. Not a blend. 100% Kona coffee. 8 OZ Varietal: Kealakekua Kona Elevation: 1,427 ft Soil: Volcanic loam Process: Washed
New-Crop, Farm-Direct offering from our friends in northern Nicaragua & Delicious Sips New Orleans. This Parainema varietal is a large screen-size and tastes wonderful at any roast. Organically grown using regenerative practices. Lots of TLC. A real treat :)
We choose not to use plastic & aluminum, degassing-valve bags. Less debris is better. We will only source earth-friendly, recycled & compostable packaging.
